We collect and process over 100 vehicles a day from greater London and the Home Counties.
- Our plant extracts all fluids and hazardous materials and responsibly disposes of them
- RECYCLING: All metals are recycled
- Certificates of Destruction issued
Process
When vehicles arrive at our premises, they are inspected internally for loose batteries, gas cylinders and rubbish.
We then remove:
- Batteries
- All Wheels and Tyres
- Catalytic Converters
- Air Bag Gas Cylinders
We then vacuum suck:
- Brake Fluid Reservoir
- Power Steering Reservoir
- Clutch Fluid Reservoir
- Windscreen washer Bottle
We then drain the following fluids when applicable:
- Fuel Tank (Petrol or Diesel)
- Engine Oil
- Gear Box Oil
- Rear Axle Oil
- Remaining Brake Fluid in System
- Shock Absorber Oil
- Radiator Water (Anti Freeze)
- Air Conditioning Gas
- Remove and Crush Oil Filter
All fluids are stored and disposed of separately. Wheels and tyres are crushed to separate the rubber tyre from the steel rim, both are then recycled.
